I already have a ctcLink ID number and ctcLink account from attending another WA state technical or community college. Do I need to apply for admission at Highline?

Yes, students must apply for admission at Highline to register for classes at Highline. However, you do not have to activate your ctcLink account as a “First Time User” if you have previously used your ctcLink account for another college.
